The Story

27 Years in IT. 15 Years Serving Small Business.

Greg Gartland spent 13 years inside some of the largest IT consulting firms in the region β€” managing enterprise infrastructure, building networks, and watching the same thing happen over and over again.

Small business clients would call in with a problem. They'd get triaged, ticketed, assigned to whoever was available, and wait β€” sometimes days β€” for a tech who had never seen their setup before to show up and figure it out from scratch.

It wasn't malicious. It was structural. Large firms are built to service large clients. Small businesses simply weren't worth optimizing for.

In 2010, Greg left. He started Gartland Technologies with a specific mandate: build an IT company exclusively for small businesses. One that brought real enterprise expertise β€” the servers, the compliance, the infrastructure β€” but delivered it with the personal touch that small businesses actually need. Today, Greg and his son run Gartland Tech together. When you call, you get one of them. Every time.
